Real Estate Principles
This 45-hour California Real Estate Principles course meets the DRE requirement for the state examination for Real Estate Agent and/Broker. Also applies toward DRE's elective education requirements for broker's exam. This course covers basic laws and principles of real estate ownership. For professionals and consumers. DRE basic education. DRE Approval number 1883-02.

As of July 2003, California Real Estate Practice will be required by the Department of Real Estate in order to apply for the State Real Estate examination. This course is the study of daily work in the life of a real estate licensee, career opportunities and procedures for maximizing efficiency and effectiveness. Applies toward State's 18 month requirement for real estate salesperson license and broker's exam. DRE Approval number 1897-02

DRE Approval ##1946-03D(Not for OREA credit.) A 48-hour course designed to cover the principles used in the development of real estate appraisals.The course covers real estate terminology,analyzing economic principles and residential land valuation techniques.Students will learn the procedures for extracting and applying market data through mathematical calculation and appraisal methodologies.This is a statutory pre-licensing course for salesperson/broker.
Real Estate Finance
DRE Approval #1965-03 (2274)(0611715)Real estate finance is a 45-hour course designed to teach basic principles of real estate finance as well as the practices and applications of California real estate finance.
